By accessing or using GTFS Lens (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Application.
2. Description of the Service
GTFS Lens is a web-based platform operated by strada360 that enables users to explore, validate, analyze, and visualize General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) data. The Application supports both publicly available GTFS feeds and private GTFS datasets uploaded by users.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Application for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.
5. User Data and Ownership
Users retain ownership of GTFS datasets they upload to GTFS Lens. By uploading data, you grant strada360 a limited, non-exclusive right to process the data solely for the purpose of providing the Application’s functionality.
6. Public GTFS Data
Public GTFS datasets accessible through the Application are provided by third-party transit agencies. strada360 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.
7. Availability and Modifications
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. strada360 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time without prior notice.
8. Disclaimers
GTFS Lens is intended as an analytical and informational tool. Outputs generated by the Application should not be used as the sole basis for operational, safety-critical, or regulatory decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, strada360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.
10. Termination
strada360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated or if use of the Application poses a security or operational risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which strada360 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
